Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and no shows within the 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service. Two cancellations or no shows will result in denied access from booking future appointments.
To provide the best experience for all my clients, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to adjust your service or reschedule, which could include a fee. I value your time and appreciate the same consideration in return.
